Here is what some of our customers had to say

"First track guiding was an excellent experience, as someone who had never mountain biked before it provided an excellent insight. I found it quite challenging but a lot of fun. The effort put in physically is more than repaid when coming back down the tracks which are exhilarating and the scenery was excellent. We even saw a reindeer! Mountain biking is an excellent way to get fit while enjoying yourself! All levels of fitness can participate, Glyn was supportive and realistic of everybody’s capabilities and we all had a great day! "

Catherine Mc Laughlin, Derry.

"Glyn's friendly and relaxed coaching attitude somehow brings out the best in you. The tips I received gave me much more speed and confidence. The trails available are fantastic and a must for any biker, no matter what your ability, although with the guidance available you'll find yourself pushing to your limits."
Chris 'the sham' Elliot, Portrush.

"It was a real insight into the finer points of mountainbiking that most of us dont pay attention to - little tricks that make slow corners fast! Most of us just hack our way through the technical sections in anticipation of the fast flowing bits that we love, Glyn teaches you how to negotiate these tricky bits and it brings you to a totally new level of mountainbiking. Opening the twisty, muddy and difficult bits you thought you could never do and turning them into hair raising roller coaster rides. You appreciate every aspect of the trail."
Conor Mansel, Newcastle.

"Its Glyn's ability to watch a rider over a short run and see exactly where the errors are being made and how to correct them that impressed me the most. From simple things like line choice to jump and drop techniques, every aspect of how I ride has been improved. I finished the course knowing that I had a lot to work on but knowing exactly how to do it."
Keith Goddard, Belfast.

"I recommend First Tracks guiding to anyone, no matter if you are a beginner or an advanced rider. Glyn is a brilliant mountainbiker so he can coach you what he knows. I've had my two best results after I got coached by Glyn. Seriously if you are a beginner and want to become better go to First Tracks guiding."
Jonney Mckee, age 15, Banbridge.
