Cancelations and refunds policy:
* It is advisable to take out trip cancellation insurance before booking.
* If for any reason you decide to cancel up to 6 weeks before the start date of your package your deposit only is forfeit.
* If for any reason you decide to cancel after 6 weeks prior to your start date your total payment is forfeit. However you may rebook at the cost of your deposit at a date given to you by us.
* If for any reason we decide to cancel your package we will refund in total any payments made by you.
Weather conditions:
Mountainbiking is fun in all weather condition. But please come prepared for changing conditions. In the event of serious conditions an alternative date will be given at no extra cost.
Insurance, liabilities and risks:
Mountainbiking can be a dangerous sport and it is your responsibility to make sure you are covered. Accidents do happen but we cannot ride the bike for you. However we do have a risk assessement in place along with a pre ride bike inspection. All our guides are well experienced, fully qualified in first aid and come prepared for such accidents. Everyone taking part must fill out an emergency contact/ disclaimer form before riding and if you are under 18 a parent or guardian must sign it for you.It is understood by us that you realise the risks involved and that you are medically fit to participate when you fill out the form. It is our right to refuse participation if we feel your bike or helmet etc does not meet the safety standards or for any other reason we feel it unsafe for you to take part. In such an event there is no refund.
Responsibilities:
